They also claim that the venue's security was inadequate and that the venue, promoters, and performers should also bear responsibility. The two men are seeking damages from Kodak Black, Justin Bieber, the restaurant, the Hwood Group and Revolve Group, and the City of Los Angeles, the City of West Hollywood, and Los Angeles County. Kodak Black's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, has stated that he believes the case will be dismissed quickly due to the poor drafting of the complaint.
